This piece was written on commission from the Penfield Music Commission Project. The work can be performed by a flute choir of wide ranging ability levels, from elementary school players to professional musicians, and is enjoyable to rehearse, perform, and listen to while still presenting rewarding challenges for all involved. Scored for 12 C flutes, 2 double on picc., marimba and timpani.
